We have a passion for our industry and are always looking for passionate hardworking people to join our team. We are really involved in our industry. Not only do we build vehicles, but we have started to design our own parts as well. As a shop we encourage our employees to keep on learning and to be a part of racing and going to the events that our customers and shop are involved with. During the summer we attend several shows/races, where we are located it makes it easy for us to travel to a lot of Midwest events.

Hot Rod Builder Fabricator
We are a small family owned shop. We are looking for someone with 3 or more years of experience building cars. We are looking for someone who can tig weld, metal finish, and has general mechanical knowledge. Must be able to fabricate complex brackets. We are looking for someone with a hard work ethic and self motivated and passionate about our industry. We are known for our attention to detail and would want someone that fits well with our team. Pay is based on experience, and we do offer benefits after a probationary period.
Marketing & Media Coordinator
Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and self-motivated Marketing & Media Coordinator to take charge of promoting our products and brand. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes the automotive industry and is excited to create and share compelling content across platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving our digital presence, creating and scheduling content for social media, YouTube, newsletters, and blogs. You’ll also play a critical role in managing our website, attending events, developing marketing materials, and growing our brand awareness through partnerships and dealer outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
· Digital Marketing: Create and schedule daily social media posts. Develop YouTube content calendars, plan shoots, and ensure all materials are ready.
· Content Creation: Write weekly newsletters and technical blog posts. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
· Website Management: Add and update product listings, ensure photos and descriptions are current, and continuously optimize layout and content for the best user experience.
· Events & Promotions: Coordinate and attend trade shows. Create flyers, brochures, and promotional materials. Book booths and manage logistics.
· Partnership Development: Reach out to potential partner companies and new dealers. Build relationships and create opportunities for collaboration.
· Strategic Planning: Organize monthly marketing meetings with scheduled campaigns and implementation strategies.
· Design & Media: Use editing software and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create visual assets for marketing.
Inventory and Fulfillment Manager
Overview:
We’re looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our growing team. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy seeing products go from shelf to satisfied customer, this role is for you.
You’ll be responsible for managing inventory levels, fulfilling both direct-to-customer and wholesale orders (like Summit Racing), and keeping our systems (Shopify, Erplain, and FTP) up-to-date with accurate product information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Products & Inventory:
Track inventory levels, label and shelve parts, and ensure all items are accounted for. Monitor and communicate backorder statuses and lead times.
• Fulfill Orders:
Print, package, and ship daily website orders and large B2B shipments. Follow strict labeling, barcode, and palletizing procedures for Summit Racing and other resellers.
• Vendor & Platform Management:
Maintain and update product info (photos, descriptions, pricing) for reseller platforms like Summit Racing. Monitor FTP uploads and seek ways to improve our online product presence.
• Documentation:
Keep our internal “build book” accurate and easy to follow—this includes bills of materials and assembly instructions.
• Reporting:
Maintain up-to-date backorder reports to support accurate planning and communication.
• Customer Interaction:
Answer incoming calls when needed, transfer appropriately, and take clear notes when messages need to be relayed.

Qualifications:
• Experience in inventory or order fulfillment preferred
• Familiarity with Shopify, Erplain, or similar platforms a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
